Nudius is a Filipino rock band, formed in Metro Manila, Mandaluyong in 2012. By 2013, Nudius was officially formed.
The idea for Nudius began in 2012, when Ayuk Donato (vocals/lead guitar) and Anjo Pelipog (drums), both students at Jose Rizal University, started discussing their vision for a band. Bonded by their love for grunge and hard alternative rock, they wanted to create music that was raw, emotional, and unapologetically real. "Seven years ago, we found ourselves on the stage of Red Horse Muziklaban. We got nominated, but at that time, we chose not to pursue it — it wasn’t the path we wanted to take.
We played Dive (Nirvana) and our original Waiting for My End, live at Vibers888. It was raw, loud, and real. Looking back, it was a hell of an experience.
No regrets — just a moment in our story that shaped us. Some roads, you take. Some, you leave behind. Either way, the music never stops."

Throwback to when we played “Thirsty” at Verdandi Bar. 🎸
Despite only 2 or 3 people in the crowd that night, we gave it our all. It’s not about the size of the audience — it’s about giving every performance everything you’ve got. We didn’t play for numbers, we played for the music and the message behind it. “Thirsty” has always been about more than just the physical thirst — it’s the thirst for change, peace, and justice in the world.
Thank you to those who were there and shared that moment with us. You guys made it memorable. 🙏
