Sisi Rondina was named Player of the Game after powering Choco Mucho Flying Titans to a straight-sets win in the PVL All-Filipino Conference Preliminary Round at the Filoil Centre.

Rondina finished with 16 points, highlighted by 14 attacks, along with 1 block, 1 service ace, 3 excellent digs, and 2 excellent receptions, leading the Flying Titans in their opening match of the conference.

Scottie Thompson etched his name in PBA history, becoming the first local player since Ronnie Magsanoc in 1990 to record a 30-point triple-double, according to PBA chief statistician Fidel Mangonon.

Thompson delivered a monster performance with 35 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists, powering Barangay Ginebra to a 105–91 victory over San Miguel.

The last Filipino to achieve the feat was Magsanoc, who tallied 32 points, 15 rebounds, and 18 assists for Shell against Pepsi during the 1990 All-Filipino Conference.
