2. Cosplay/Character Appearance or Costume Rental
3. Characters/Costumes inquiring about
4. Date of Event
5. Venue of Event
6. Body built (Just mention artist whom you think you have the same built)
We may require you to deposit 2,000 for insurance. Money will be given back upon return of costume.
For Cosplay/Character Appearance, once arrangement with us are complete downpayment is required to reserve date.
