June 9, 2025 — The Information Technology Management Service-Philippine National Police successfully concluded "Beyond the Lens: Take 6" Photography Class of the PNP Multimedia Course held from June 2 to 9, 2025, at the ITMS Tagapamayapa Training Laboratory, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City.

As the subject matter expert, PCPT RANZ NIKKO B MUÑOZ, ITPO, DHRDD, led participants through a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience that ran daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The week-long training covered advanced multimedia production techniques, including photography, videography, editing, and storytelling — all tailored to enhance the PNP’s capabilities in strategic communication and digital content creation.

The session emphasized both technical skills and creative direction, encouraging each participant to explore innovative ways to represent law enforcement narratives with clarity, impact, and integrity.

As the sixth take in this ongoing initiative, the session marked another milestone in the ITMS’s commitment to modernizing public service through technology and media excellence.

March 21, 2025 — Quezon City Police District personnel participated in the Mobile Videography and Basic AVP Editing Workshop led by PCPT RANZ NIKKO B MUÑOZ, ITPO, DHRDD at QCPD Hinirang Social Hall, Camp Karingal, Quezon City. This workshop was more than just about filming and editing —harnessing the power of visual storytelling to strengthen police-community relations, document critical operations, and enhance public awareness.

Through engaging activities, participants learned how to capture compelling visuals, craft impactful narratives, and edit videos that effectively communicate law enforcement efforts.

In an era where digital media plays a crucial role in public service, mastering these skills is essential for promoting transparency, educating communities, and upholding the integrity of our profession.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in this initiative. Let’s continue to go beyond the lens and use technology as a tool for better policing, stronger community engagement, and meaningful storytelling.
