StrainedSatire

Strained Satire is a dynamic and spontaneous band rooted in reggae, rocksteady, ska, and skapunk. Born from invitations to charity performances, word-of-mouth referrals, and underground gigs, the band came together unexpectedly yet organically. At its core, Strained Satire is anchored by its three permanent members—Aia (Vocalist), Joseph Gil (Drummer), and Ralph Ramos (Percussionist)—friends for over a decade and bandmates since 2012. While the lineup remains fluid, the music thrives with the addition of Bon (Guitar), Emz (Bass), Ryan (Bass/Lead), King Duma (Keyboard), and Alex (Wind), each bringing their unique energy to the sound. More than just music, Strained Satire is driven by PURPOSE—amplifying voices that need to be heard and exploring the deeper meaning of existence through every note and performances.
