In a busy and bustling city like Manila, a 7x3 meter garage space with a living space above it is what the client wanted. We gave a little style and touch to the project by using earth toned colors and different textures and materials to make it more catchy to the eyes as people walk by the residence. Had fun working with such cool and chill clients that gave all their trust in us for making this project a sucess.

We made the space industrial with a touch of red as per the brand's identity. Repainted and added a little texture to the whole area, installed a few industrial lighting fixtures and fabricated silver ash cabinetry works to give contrast to the space.

From a bare 30 sqm studio type unit to a smart and cozy home located at the heart of Pasig. The company collaborated with the client and made his vision to reality. We worked with a lot of colors and textures in this project and applied smart home features for comfort satisfaction. We also made the space as functional and as efficient by using a Murphy Bed when resting and can lift up when entertaining guests.

M-1 Condo Renovation

Client felt that the space had a lot of potential to make it more spacious. So we removed thick wall panels to accommodate their needs. And added a little modern touch to it.

Tried styling or do a little staging to the space, but needed a lot of work and creativity for me to accomplish a dream bedroom 😍
