We are Group 1 of BIT-FPT 3NG2 and for today's laboratory we made a yema spread infused with a hint of chocolate milk to make it creamy and flavourful.

We are the Group 2 of BIT - 3NG2 and for our third laboratory for Food Processing 3, Our indulge in the rich and creamy goodness Yema Spread is made from combining Condensed milk and a little bit of Chocolate powdered milk. Both add a nice counterpoint to the "Yema Spread". It makes for a mild sweet flavor instead of it being sickly sweet.

We are the Group 2 of BIT - 3NG2 and for our second laboratory for Food Processing 3, We made our own version "Leche Flan" the ultimate sweet treat! This classic Filipino custard is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, rich, smooth, and creamy with a golden caramel topping.

We are Holland's and for our Second Laboratory in Food Processing 3 , We made one of the most favorite Filipino Dessert ( Leche Flan ) made up of 100% egg yolk with a soft caramel topping. This is FLAN-TASTIC.
