Soft Implementation at 15th Avenue Cubao 28/03/2014

This is it! The E-Tagging Project was jumpstarted with a week-long soft implementation at 15th Avenue Cubao to monitor PUJs under Lagro Cubao Operators and Drivers Association (LACODA) plying the Lagro-Cubao route. More than 200 vehicles were tagged for the said soft implementation.
