During the Women’s Month Celebration Kick-off of the City Government of Mabalacat, Miss Mabalacat City 2026 Minea B. Cabigting shared a heartfelt message of courage, perseverance, and empowerment.

From a shy little girl who once dreamed of standing on a stage, she reminded everyone that dreams are not defined by fear or setbacks, but by the courage to rise again and continue moving forward—step by step, dream by dream.

Through her story, she honored the enduring strength of the Filipina—drawing inspiration from our ancestors, the babaylans, who once led communities with wisdom, compassion, and courage.
