So happy to see our Luna Bannuar Kids receiving their very own Gayyem Bags through this meaningful program of the Local Government Unit of Luna, La Union under the leadership of Mayor Gary Napeñas Pinzon.

Now on its 5th year, the Gayyem Bag Program continues to support our Child Development Center learners and help prepare them for another school year.

Grateful to have joined and participated in this activity as the LGU of Luna, led by Mayor Gary, continues to support our young Bannuars and invest in their future.

Ang araw na ito ay isang magandang paalala ng ating katatagan, ng ating ibinahaging pagkakakilanlan, at ng ating tungkulin na patuloy na isulong ang matino, mahusay at may puso na pamamahala sa ating bansa—magsisimula mismo rito sa ating minamahal na bayan ng Luna! 🤍

𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 | 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 📚🏫

The Local Government Unit of Luna, La Union led by Mayor Gary Napeñas Pinzon, joined and supported the conduct of 2026 in our public and private elementary and secondary schools across the municipality.

Together with my fellow members of the Sangguniang Bayan, LGU personnel, volunteers, teachers, and parents, we participated in preparing our schools for the opening of classes, helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for our learners.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 📚🏫

Last June 2 and 3, 2026, I joined the Local Government Unit of Luna, La Union, led by Mayor Gary Napeñas Pinzon, in the distribution of Brigada Eskwela assistance to our public and private elementary and secondary schools.

Each school received financial assistance to help prepare classrooms and learning facilities for the opening of classes.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the LGU of Luna, under the leadership of Mayor Gary to providing a safe, welcoming, and conducive learning environment for every learner.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗔

As Chairperson of the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Health and Sanitation, and author of Draft Municipal Ordinance No. 210-2026, I presided over the Public Hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Sanitation Code of Luna held on June 03, 2026, at the Luna Municipal Tourism Office.

The hearing served as an avenue for the public to share their insights and recommendations to help ensure that the proposed ordinance effectively promotes public health, sanitation, and a cleaner, safer environment for Luna Bannuars.

🌾𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 | June 02, 2026

The Local Government Unit of Luna, La Union, led by Mayor Gary Napeñas Pinzon, assisted in and participated in the Rice Distribution Program benefiting 1,400 families in our municipality.

This initiative of the National Government, under the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., continues to provide assistance to Filipino families and help promote food security in our communities.

I also assisted and participated in the distribution together with my fellow Sangguniang Bayan Members, DILG partners, and LGU personnel, ensuring the smooth implementation of the program.

My sincere appreciation to everyone who worked together to make this activity a success, and most especially to our Luna Bannuars for their cooperation and support.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗔

As Chairperson of the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Health and Sanitation, I presided over a committee meeting held on June 02, 2026, to deliberate on my 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟬-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, entitled "𝗔𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗟𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿."

Valuable insights, comments, and recommendations were raised during the deliberation to ensure that the proposed ordinance effectively addresses the current public health and sanitation needs of our municipality.

This proposed measure seeks to strengthen sanitation standards, promote public health, ensure food and water safety, improve waste management practices, and uphold a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all Luna Bannuars.
