BMBE Incentive: Income Tax Exemption

Ayon sa BMBE Act of 2002, ang mga Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) ay mayroong income tax exemption.

Mga dapat tandan
1. Para i-avail ang tax exemption, kailangang mag-register ng BMBE sa Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District Office (RDO) kung nasaan ang Negosyo at i-submit ang mga required documents gaya ng BMBE Certificate of Authority, Sworn Statement of Assets, listahan ng mga branch o/at affiliates, at audited financial statement.

2. Sa halip na Income Tax Return (ITR), ang income tax-exempted BMBE ay kailangan mag-submit ng Annual Information Return sa BIR.

Ang Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) registration ay valid sa loob ng dalawang (2) taon. Maaari rin itong i-renew after expiration, hangga't ang negosyo ay pasok pa rin sa qualifications ng pagiging BMBE.
