The Loon Manpower Development Center successfully conducted the Graduation Ceremony for Driving NC II and the Completion Ceremony for the Community-Based Training in Bread and Pastry Making, with the theme โTransforming Lives through Skills and Opportunities,โ held at the Municipal Activity Center on December 18, 2025.
The LMDC Administrator, Ms. Maricris Maestrado, formally presented and certified the 125 candidates for graduation, that all have successfully complied with the requirements set by TESDA.
This milestone reflects the graduatesโ dedication and readiness to apply their newly acquired skills toward employment, entrepreneurship, and community development.
Ms. Marichu Cua, TESDA Specialist II, representing TESDA Bohol Provincial Director Dr. Floro Ringca, T.M., formally confirmed the graduates and delivered her heartfelt message of congratulations.
She commended the graduates for successfully acquiring new skills that will open doors to entrepreneurial opportunities and employment. Ms. Cua emphasized that TESDA remains committed to providing continuous skills training and development, ensuring that communities are empowered through quality technical-vocational education.
She further reaffirmed TESDAโs dedication to supporting initiatives that uplift individuals and help build a stronger, more skilled community.
