FREE LTO THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) & E-PATROL MOBILE SERVICES IN LOON!
The Local Government Unit of Loon through the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC) in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 7, brings FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and LTO E-Patrol Mobile Services closer to the people of Loon.
This initiative is warmly welcomed and fully supported by our Municipal Mayor, Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, M. D., demonstrating the LGU’s commitment to providing accessible, convenient, and responsive government services to our constituents.
Through this partnership, our residents and even nearby towns can conveniently access essential LTO services right here in our municipality, reducing the need to travel far and helping make government services more accessible to everyone.
Our heartfelt gratitude to LTO Region VII for bringing these valuable services to Loon, and to our Municipal Mayor, the 16th Sangginiang Bayan headed by our Vice Mayor Pedro "Dodong" Literatus, and to the Liga ng mga Barangay, for their all-out support in making this initiative possible.

The Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC), as a Skills - for - Employment Support Program (SESP) Partner of OWWA, proudly joins the OWWA Siete Caravan held in the Municipality of Mabini, Bohol.
The activity brings together partner agencies and stakeholders to provide accessible programs, services, and support to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.
LMDC remains committed to strengthening its partnership with OWWA and other government agencies in promoting skills development, employment opportunities, livelihood support, and other services that contribute to the welfare and empowerment of OFWs and their families.

Our Bread and Pastry Production and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) students under TESDA actively participated in the Drug Symposium held on August 14, 2026, at the Loon Manpower Development Center.
The activity provided our trainees with valuable knowledge and awareness about the dangers of illegal drugs, the importance of making responsible choices, and the role of every individual in building a safe and healthy community. 🌱✨

Last Saturday, August 15, 2026, our Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) trainees stepped out of the training room and into the community for a meaningful Coastal Clean-Up Drive! 🧹🌴
🥐⚡ From baking skills to welding skills, our trainees proved that true skills also come with heart, responsibility, and care for Mother Earth. 🌎💚
Every piece of trash picked up is a step toward cleaner shores, healthier communities, and a better tomorrow. 🌊✨
