SCHEDULE OF RELEASE OF CASH INCENTIVES FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY ACADEMIC ACHIEVERS | To all qualified Elementary and Secondary graduates with Highest Academic Grades, please be guided by the following schedule for the release of cash incentives:

August 11, 2026 (Tuesday)
Morning – Coastal League at Pantao Elementary School
Afternoon – Six Hills League at Villa Petrona Elementary School

August 12, 2026 (Wednesday)
Morning – Interior League at Magallang Elementary School
Afternoon – Lakeside League at Buga Elementary School

Important Reminder:
All qualified beneficiaries from schools under each respective league are advised to proceed to their designated center school based on the schedule above for the release of their cash incentives.

Please bring all the required documents and arrive on time to ensure a smooth and orderly distribution.

BISITA ESKWELA WITH MISS LIBON 2026 | The Local Government Unit of Libon, together with Miss Libon 2026 Rodemay Claire M. Romano, conducted Bisita Eskwela at San Antonio Elementary School on August 7, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to education, disaster preparedness, and community welfare.

Returning to her alma mater, Miss Libon 2026 led “Kuwentong Kaligtasan,” a storytelling session centered on landslide preparedness, an advocacy particularly relevant to the school’s vulnerability to landslide hazards. Through this initiative, learners were encouraged to develop greater awareness of disaster risks and the importance of preparedness at an early age.

As part of the outreach activity, the Local Government Unit also distributed snacks and healthy hygiene kits to the pupils, while the school received medicines and agricultural seeds to support its health and school-based agricultural initiatives.

The activity highlights the meaningful role of Miss Libon 2026 in advancing advocacies that promote disaster resilience, health, and education, while strengthening the partnership between the Local Government Unit and the academic community.

ADVISORY | Release of Cash Incentives for Qualified Libongueño Graduates

The Local Government Unit of Libon, through the Municipal Scholarship and Educational Program (MSEP), announces the release of cash incentives for qualified Libongueño graduates with Highest Academic Grades and Latin Honors.

Date: August 7, 2026 (Friday)
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Zubiri Hall, Annex Building, LGU Libon

Qualified Beneficiaries:
• Elementary (Highest Academic Grades) – 52 graduates
• Secondary (Highest Academic Grades) – 15 graduates
• College (Latin Honors) – 205 graduates

For Elementary Graduates, please bring the following requirements:
• Photocopy of the recipient's Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of the recipient's valid ID with three (3) specimen signatures
• Photocopy of the parent's valid ID with three (3) specimen signatures

For College Graduates with Latin Honors:
Only graduates who submitted their complete documentary requirements and whose proof of awards and residency were successfully validated by the MSEP Office on June 29, 2026 are included in the release of cash incentives.

Important Reminders:
• Bring your original valid ID for verification.
• If the recipient is unable to personally claim the incentive, only the parent or legal guardian is authorized to receive it on the recipient's behalf.
• Authorized representatives must present:
A signed Authorization Letter from the recipient;
Photocopy of the recipient's valid ID with three (3) specimen signatures;
Original and photocopy of the parent/legal guardian's valid ID with three (3) specimen signatures.

For the convenience of our Elementary and Secondary beneficiaries, the release of cash incentives will be conducted at the designated on-site center schools corresponding to their respective leagues (Final Schedule to be announced next week):

• Coastal League – Pantao Elementary School
• Lakeside League – Buga Elementary School
• Interior League – Magallang Elementary School
• Six Hills League – Villa Petrona Elementary School

Beneficiaries are advised to proceed to their assigned distribution venue to claim their cash incentives.

Please ensure that all documentary requirements are complete to facilitate a smooth and orderly release of cash incentives.
