Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐌𝐂 𝐊𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐒, Acting City Fire Marshal, the Legazpi City Fire Station (LCFS) actively participated in the simultaneous Daily 4 O’Clock Habit, in support of the Department of Health’s (DOH) 4Ts Campaign: 𝑻𝒂𝒐𝒃, 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒕𝒂𝒌, 𝑻𝒖𝒚𝒐, 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒑, aimed at eliminating standing water and destroying potential mosquito breeding sites. This campaign was formed in response to the heightened risk of Dengue.

Prior to the Clean-Up activities at the station premises, the LCFS firetrucks sounded their sirens at exactly 4:00 PM to initiate the community-wide clean-up.

The LCFS remains steadfast in strengthening community collaboration and promoting preventive health measures, as it continues to uphold the Bureau of Fire Protection’s (BFP) commitment to public service and community safety.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐏 𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐌𝐂 𝐊𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐒, Acting City Fire Marshal, the Legazpi City Fire Station kickstarted the week with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at its central fire station with FO3 Kim Angela S Evasco as the Troop Information and Education Speaker.

Thereafter, the outgoing duty operations personnel properly turned over their post, duties and responsibilities to the incoming
duty.

When the alarm sounds, firefighters and other emergency responders move toward danger so that others may be safe. They are trained for the situations they face and each one is on the scene to carry out the duty their agency is mandated to perform.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 5 under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and other response agencies are simply doing their official duties. We understand that emergencies bring fear, stress and frustration, especially when things do not go as expected because of circumstances beyond the responders’ control. In these moments, we appeal to the public to stay calm, follow instruction and give responders the space they need to work.

Violence against responders is never acceptable. 𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘, 𝐍𝐎 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐒 and 𝐍𝐎 𝐅𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 justifies harming the people who came to help. Physical attacks, threats and intimidation put responders at risk, delay the help that others are waiting for and may result in legal consequences.

The same goes for harassment, insults and hateful or abusive comments whether in person or online. If you have concerns or complaints, there are proper channels for it. Raise it after the incident not during the response.

Some duty personnel viewed the Sunday mass live via social media platform and the others learned more of the words of God thru a bible study conducted by SFO1 Joshua Pedragosa together with Pastor Randy Mandrilla.

This activity was conducted in connection with the observance of the Seven (7) Modes of Daily Activities, which aim to enhance operational readiness, physical fitness, equipment reliability and effective community engagement thereby ensuring efficient delivery of BFP services.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐌𝐂 𝐊𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐒, Acting City Fire Marshal, the personnel of Legazpi City Fire Station participated in two separate clean-up activities earlier today.

The first activity was the 𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐠-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬, organized by the Philippine National Police (PNP), held at Brgy. Puro, Legazpi City.

The other was the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐮𝐩, spearheaded by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), held along Legazpi Boulevard.

Through these collaborative efforts, the Legazpi City Fire Station continues to support environmental cleanliness and community participation toward a cleaner and safer community.

𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐄║Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, Albay, and headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐌𝐂 𝐊𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐒, Acting City Fire Marshal, the duty EMS team of the Legazpi City Fire Station responded to several emergency incidents today.

The incidents involved a patient who experienced a seizure, a woman experiencing continuous bleeding and abdominal pain, an 83-year-old patient experiencing body weakness, and a vehicular accident at Brgy. Puro near Camella Homes.

Upon arrival at the respective scenes, the EMS team immediately rendered appropriate medical assistance, conducted initial assessments, and provided necessary pre-hospital care to the patients.

The Legazpi City Fire Station remains steadfast in its commitment to providing prompt, efficient, and compassionate emergency medical services to the community.
