Starting my career wasn’t easy. I began in a profession I didn’t truly love, but over time, I learned to embrace teaching. What started as uncertainty became a calling. From being a classroom teacher, I had the opportunity to become part of training teams, and eventually take on bigger roles in developing educators.

I’ve seen many friends and colleagues move ahead in their own careers. Instead of comparing myself, I’ve learned to celebrate their success while trusting that my journey is different. Every path has its own timing, purpose, and destination.

Looking back, every challenge, delay, and unexpected turn prepared me for what lies ahead. I may not have understood it then, but I do now.

Keep moving forward. Trust the process. One day, it will all make sense.
