Job Opening: Operations Manager (Multisector)

We are looking for a versatile, highly organized, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of business interests. This role is unique—you’ll be moving between the technical logistics of HVAC services, the creative fast-paced world of videography, and the high-energy environment of sports management.

If you are a "Swiss Army Knife" professional who excels at logistics, client relations, and keeping multiple wheels turning at once, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Air Conditioning Operations

Coordinate supply and installation schedules for residential and commercial projects.

Manage equipment inventory, delivery receipts, and supplier contracts.

Act as the primary point of contact for project engineers and developers to ensure milestones are met.

2. Videography & Media Production

Oversee project timelines from booking to final delivery of edited content.

Manage equipment maintenance and crew scheduling for shoots.

Liaise with clients to ensure their creative vision is captured and executed.

3. Basketball League & Sports Coordination

Handle the day-to-day logistics of league operations (scheduling, venue booking, and officiating).

Coordinate tournament entries, player eligibility, and official documentation (excuse letters, memos).

Assist in organizing tune-up games, collegiate-level events, and community sports programs.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 2–3 years in operations management, project coordination, or a similar multi-tasking role.

Logistics Mastery: Proven ability to manage schedules and resources across different industries.

Communication: Exceptional professional writing skills for drafting contracts, proposals, and formal letters to local government or corporate partners.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools and basic understanding of technical/creative workflows.

Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning from a construction site to a production set to a basketball court in a single day.
