My heart goes out to a local leathercraft brand I respect that's facing customer service backlash. It's a scary reminder of how quickly things can turn, even for brands we admire.
Without a chance to explain their side, their reputation is taking a hit.
This whole situation makes me realize how cutthroat the business world can be. It's a wake-up call for sure, and a reminder that I need to be extra prepared to face similar challenges someday.
Best wishes to that brand, and hoping they can bounce back. Here's to hoping we all have the strength to navigate the rough waters of business!
