STUDENTS WHOSE ENROLLMENT RECORDS 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗬𝗘𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 TO THE ROTC COMPONENT ARE 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗. 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗦 REGARDING THEIR SCHEDULE OR OTHER ROTC-RELATED MATTERS 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 BY THE 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟 DURING THE TRAINING DAY.

𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒/𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏-𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Students may submit a letter to the Office of the National Service Training Program (ONSTP) located at the Ground Floor, Gusaling Villegas (near the central staircase) requesting for CHANGE of NSTP Component from ROTC to CWTS/LTS.

Kindly attach supporting documents to your letter to substantiate your request. All requests are subject to evaluation, approval is based on the reason and availability of slots. Acceptable justifications for NSTP transfer include:
- Health-related concerns (including mental health)
- Working students with work duty on Sundays
- Religious affiliation that prohibits military training
- And other compelling reasons

The Orientation will be conducted by Batch, specific time schedule per block will be posted via CANVAS Notification

The Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center (OMMC) recognizes PLM as one of its Outstanding Partner Organizations for Generating the Highest Number of Donors. OMMC bestowed upon PLM the 'Andres Bonifacio Award' as Top 2 among its Blood Donor Institutional Partner (Top 1 - Philippine Army).

Blood Donation is a regular activity of PLM, thru the Office of the National Service Training Program. This event promotes among students the ideals civic consciousness and community service.

The awarding ceremony was conducted as part of the World Blood Donors Day Celebration on June 16, 2026.
