The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 proudly presents its 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙮-𝙇𝙖𝙬𝙨 𝙈𝙈𝙓𝙓𝙑𝙄, a milestone that strengthens democratic governance, accountability, and student representation.
This revised charter introduces a more structured leadership framework through the establishment of the Executive Board and Governing Board, ensuring that the rights, welfare, academic concerns, and voices of irregular students are effectively represented and addressed.

As UIO continues to grow, this Constitution stands as a testament to our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and meaningful service for every irregular student.

𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | UNIVERSITY IRREGULAR ORGANIZATION HELD ITS 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲

The meeting was presided over by President Carl Mampusti, with 8 officers and 3 VCP's present. President Mampusti reads the revised Constitution and Bylaws of University Irregular Organization.

The 2nd reading of Revised Constitution and By-Laws continues under Article XI, afterward the 2nd reading reaches the conclusion and moves to adapt to its final reading. The 2nd reading ended with the majority vote by the officers; after that a motion was moved to hold its 3rd and final reading.

The meeting was presided over by President Carl Mampusti, with 10 officers and 5 VCP's present. President Mampusti reads the revised Constitution and Bylaws of University Irregular Organization.

The 3rd and Final Reading was read and successfully adopted for its ratification with 10 majority votes.

The meeting was presided over by President Carl Mampusti, with 09 officers and 05 VCP's present. President Mampusti reads the revised Constitution and Bylaws of University Irregular Organization.

First, approval was granted during the First Reading to adopt the motion for the Second Reading. Upon voting, the majority voted in favor, and the matter proceeded to the Second Reading.

The Second Reading proceeded and concluded at Article 10.

The UIO officers proceeded with the 1st reading of the Constitution and By-Laws was postponed for adoption because the quorum of the officers was not met.

Here are the official CKN candidates for the upcoming election in the Central Student Government 2026 at the Cavite State University — Main Campus.

As irregular students, we are always neglected and often unheard. For years there was no progress in helping our situation but 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗟 𝗫𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗜 𝗠𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗜 the 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 of UIO made it a challenge to build an organization where irregular students will be given an opportunity to be heard and seen.

He did all of this because he saw that this was truly affecting the students' performance.

❤️‍🔥 Because he has the talent to serve, and he is always ready to listen, to put action, and to support everyone who was neglected a chance.
❤️‍🔥 He never takes a day off when he knows that a problem needs immediate response. He is that kind of leader who shows up even if situations are complicated.
❤️‍🔥 He always carry our motto no student left behind because he believes that in this university their is no such thing as leaving a student behind.
