Quality Auditing Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Quality Manager provides direction for the shared services team responsible for Quality Management, Training, Communications, Knowledge Management and Sustainability efforts across a variety of methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support activities include assessment activities related to the Quality Program, identification of risks and recommendations, draft QA documentation and conduct in depth quality assurance reviews
Lead/participate in maintenance of standard processes and new process releases and provide coaching for institutionalizing them
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for problem contracts
Perform as a "Recovery Resource" on problem contracts
Available to be leveraged as a resource (if available capacity) for Project/Program Management mobilization
Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)
Manage and participate in special projects as requested by Leadership
Manage Quality Assurance pool including certifications, re-certifications and the assignment process

Facilitate and administer Quality Assurance performance/recognition feedback
Participate in program development and continuous improvement initiatives

Business Excellence Advisory Sr Manager

Overall Purpose:

The primary function of this position is to provide overall leadership for Quality and OE
To drive the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the OE practices

Responsibilities:
Deploy quality plan at the operational level in conjunction with the Operational Excellence group to provide overall quality leadership to the site.
Transform the organization from focus on conventional detection and containment to focused on best-in-class prevention.
Guide, direct, maintain and monitor all activities associated with the successful application Operational Excellence
Manage the Quality and Lean Six Sigma strategy to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to customer requirements.
Drive rigorous metrics related to the Balance Score Card to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes.

Skills and Requirements:

15+ yrs of min overall experience
9+ years of experience in quality.
Master Black Belt (MBB) certified

Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to influence
Ability to think and drive strategic initiatives across a large span of operations
Having had a stint in running large operations is preferred
Needs to have worked in BPO – Operational Excellence (or similar) functions/operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)
Develop or maintain process performance measurements, determine process performance baselines, and statistically analyze metrics to identify areas for process improvement
Collect and provide performance measures, reports, and analysis findings and assist in identifying areas for process improvement
Provide expert guidance to direct planning, control, monitoring and reporting of significant program events whose accomplishment is scheduled and against which progress is measured
Define Process Improvement Program and Measurement & Performance Program and ensure programs are aligned with overall process improvement goals.
Lead and/or support Process Improvement teams across a variety of groups and foster a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution and broad based employee engagement.
May lead and/or support the development and implementation of the organization's Management Operating System including the training and coaching of all functional areas on measurement principles, meeting frameworks, visual management, statistical analysis and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
Must be Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Black Belt trained are open to apply but must have extensive work experience for automation and process improvement in a BPO set-up)
At least 12 years overall experience in Business Excellence with 5 years of experience in Managerial role
Handled a minimum of 200 operations FTEs
Experienced in handling projected based on different RPA Tools like: Ui-Path, Blue Prism, Automation anywhere, Pega, etc.
Experience in Insurance, Health and Telecommunications industry is an advantage
Experience in Analytic Tool: Mini Tab is an advantage
Willing to work in any location and shift
