It is my primary tool for verifying connections, checking for continuity, and ensuring every signal path is secure before a panel is energized. Wire stripper. A tool used to remove insulation without damaging the core.

Wire crimper. A tool used to attach terminal lugs in the end of the wire.

Each has different purpose but both are essential in connecting wires securing your connection. This might look unnecessary but using these will give you extra quality , workmanship and efficiency in panel building.

As an Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineer with over 6 years of experience—ranging from PLC/DCS commissioning to complex industrial system maintenance—I am turning that expertise into a new venture: a dedicated control panel fabrication shop.
