1/4cup soysauce

CUCUMBER KIMCHI
Easiest Bachan
Sundan mabuti ang mga larawan base sa pagkkasunod sunod.
KIMCHI PASTE
5 tbsp gochugaru
5 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
ENJOY

SPICE UP YOUR LIFE WITH SPICY BOPIS
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork lungs
1 Knorr Pork Cube
5 dried bay leaves
2 carrots diced
2 radish (diced)
3 thumbs ginger minced
1 tablespoon annatto powder
3 chili pepper chopped
1 onion diced
5 cloves garlic minced
5 tablespoons vinegar
2 ½ cups water
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Fish sauce to taste
Boiling Ingredients: (Boil pig lungs twice)
8 cups water
5 dried bay leaves
1. In a large pot, boil 8 cups of water and then add the rest of the boiling ingredients. Put the pig’s lungs into the pot and continue boiling for 1 hours. Remove the lungs, let it cool down, and then dice into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Heat oil on a clean pot. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
3. Add the diced lungs once the onion softens. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Add vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Pour 2 ½ cups of water into the pot. Let it boil. Add Knorr Pork cube and bay leaves. Stir. Cover the pot and adjust the heat between low to medium setting. Continue cooking until the liquid reduces to half.
5. Add the carrot, radish, chili pepper, and annatto powder. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Season with ground black pepper and fish sauce. Transfer to a serving plate. Share and enjoy!

CUCUMBER KIMCHI
Easiest Kimchi of all time !
Ingredients:
1kg cucumber (slice lenghtwise)
3 tbsp rock salt
Green onions
Toasted sesme seeds
Kimchi Paste
5 tbsp gochugaru (pepper flakes)
5 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
Let’s do it mga mars!
1. Cut the cucumber lenghtwise (1/2x2)
2. Add salt. Gently mix it with the cucumber.
3. Set aside for 20 mins.
4. After 20 mins, rinse the cucumber in a cold water. (2x) set aside (drain for 15 mins)
KIMCHI PASTE
5. Mix gochugaru, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and sugar (mix well)
6. After 15 mins add the kimchi paste to the cucumber. (Gently mix the kimchi paste well)
7. Add green onions.
7. Transfer the cucumber kimchi in a kimchi container and add toasted sesame seeds.
