First day 54kg, height 1m55, Saturday, May 16, 2015
10AM:
- Take medicine (sleep late, so drink it in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast, but I teach you to drink it at that time)
- Drink more cooling tea because it is said that drinking this makes the body parts work more, liver heat is inevitable, afraid of acne, so I have to drink cooling tea to detoxify the liver.
1:47PM:
- Having lunch, the medicine started to work, feeling that I couldn't eat as much as before, because I felt that after eating a few pieces, I was full, 30 minutes later my heart was beating fast, my breathing was fast, my limbs were a little shaky.
- Make hot tea to drink again.
3PM:

- I don't feel tired anymore, but I still can't eat much, drink water mainly.
