Hello diary,

We finally made it to The Tipsy Butter Roxas—and yes, at 4:30 AM.

They specially opened early today for the De Leon fun run, so we got first dibs on their specialties.

Tried the Dubai chewy cookie (sweet to look at, surprisingly not too sweet on the palate), hands down the best cheese roll in the city so far, plus a top-notch classic croissant and egg tart (not in the video).

Everything is well-priced and truly screams quality.

Thanks for the croissant coin purse 🥐

Hello diary,

Samgyupsal date at Daebak—₱199 each and still one of our go-to spots in Digos.

Buffet-style side dishes, unli cheese (though… lowkey feels different now 👀), warm soup, and my all-time fave: their kimchi.

For the price, it’s already sulit, so no wonder the place is always packed.
