Hi Mga Ka FITBUDDY! Sinipag tayo mag prepare ng diet meal for today. At dahil walang ganap ngayon umaga. Samantalahin ang pagkakataon gumawa ng vegetable salad with mixed shake - lemon, cucumber, carrots and honey for healthy hydration..

Hi mga KAFIT BUDDY!
75kgs to 57 kgs. πππ
Happy to got this lightest weight I am right now. For more than 2 decades since before I got pregnant to my first born child!
Sa edad kong ito, 47 turning 48 hindi ko akalain mararamdaman ko ulit ung confidence level sa pananamit na gusto, yung gaan ng pkiramdam n khit abutin k ng ilang oras pag lalakad di mu alintana ang pagod, yung pagkkaroon ng focus, at alertness at higit sa lahat yung extra feeling n your in your happy and healthy state of body.. Dahil di mu basta ramdam ung ngalay, kirot ng kasi kasuhan, ung bilis ng kabog ng dibdib etc..
Kaya better to start early kung nababasa mu ito.. Hindi mu kailangan ng drastic change of lifestyle. All you need to do is a firmed decision na kaya ko gawin ito πͺπͺ. Yung disciplina darating kung dapat alam mu sigurado kana.. Love yourself first not to the point maging sakim but because you want to serve, treasure and love all the people around you.
