The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Talisay City, Cebu, received a Special Notice of Compliance (SNOC) from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for submitting a Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) consistent with the policies, guidelines, and standards set under DOTr Department Order No. 2023-022, the DOTr-DILG-LTFRB Joint Memorandum Circular No. 002, Series of 2024, and other pertinent LTFRB issuances.
As one of the nine components of the Public Transport Modernization Program, the LPTRP is formulated by LGUs to detail the route network, identified modes of service, and other critical information required for delivering public land transport services.
