Sangguniang Kabataan Federation - Clarin

During the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Regular Session held on February 28, 2026 at SB Session Hall, under the Republic Act No. 10742, the SK Chairperson serves as the official representative of the youth and is responsible for bringing barangay youth issues and concerns to the municipal level for proper discussion and action.

Their role is to ensure that the voices of the youth are heard, represented, and integrated into local policies and programs. Out of the 29 SK Chairpersons, 19 were present and 10 were absent, highlighting the importance of consistent participation to effectively represent every barangay.

Get ready for a 𝙁𝙪𝙣, 𝙁𝙖𝙨𝙩, and 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙧 volleyball experience in Clarin!

This one-day shuffle volleyball league is open to all registered residents of the Municipality of Clarin, with no age limit. Teams will be formed through a random shuffle system, so everyone gets a chance to play and connect with different players.

Early registration is only Php 50 per player, and participants are encouraged to arrive early for orientation and team briefing at Poblacion 2, Brgy. Covered Court. Don’t forget to bring your own lunch, water, and personal needs, and declare your preferred position to help create balanced teams.

Out of all Sangguniang Kabataan in Clarin, 15 SKs have fully complied by submitting their General Appropriations Program (GAP), Projects, Programs and Activities (PPA), and policy documents, while 0 SKs are incomplete and 15 SKs have not yet submitted any report under the NYC SK Web Portal Monitoring and Evaluation System.

This shows that there is progress and a growing sense of seriousness in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, though continued effort is still needed to achieve full compliance across all SKs.

Dedication and Accountability in Action

Out of all Sangguniang Kabataan in Clarin, only 7 SKs have fully complied by submitting their General Appropriations Program (GAP), Projects, Programs and Activities (PPA), and policy documents, while 7 SKs remain incomplete and 15 SKs have not submitted any report under the NYC SK Web Portal Monitoring and Evaluation System.

Congratulations to those who have complied, yet this serves as a strong call to action for the rest. Accountability is not optional, it is a responsibility we owe to our fellow youth and to good governance.
