The Department of Education (DepEd) is officially opening Early Registration for the upcoming School Year 2026-2027. We encourage all parents and guardians to register their children early to help the Department better prepare for the needs of our learners.

Who Should Register?

Early registration is mandatory for the following incoming learners:
• Kindergarten
• Grade 1
• Grade 7
• Grade 11
• OSCYA (Out-of-School Children and Youth) and Transferees

Note: Incoming Grades 2-6, 8-10, and 12 are already considered pre-registered and do not need to participate in this early registration period.

1. HE/SHE MUST BE BETWEEN 12-14 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NOT ENROLLED OR STUDIED HIGH SCHOOL.

2. HE/SHE MUST HAVE COMPLETED HER/HIS ELEMENTARY STUDIES OR PRESENTLY ENROLLED IN GRADE 6.

3. HE/SHE MUST COME FROM POOR FAMILIES WITH MONTHLY INCOME OF PHP 5,000 OR BELOW.

4. HE/SHE HAS NO SIBLINGS WHO ARE CURRENTLY STUDYING IN THE SISTERS OF MARY SCHOOL NEITHER HAS SIBLINGS GRADUATED FROM THIS SCHOOL.

5. HE/SHE MUST PRESENT/PROVIDE PHOTOCOPY OF HER/HIS PSA/NSO CERTIFICATE DURING THE QUALIFYING TESTS.

6. HE/SHE MUST SECURE CERTIFICATE FROM THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL INDICATING THAT HE/SHE IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN GRADE 6 AND HAVE A GENERAL AVERAGE OF 83 AND ABOVE ON THEIR LATEST GRADING PERIOD.

7. HE/SHE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ONE OF HIS/HER PARENTS OR GUARDIAN ON THE DAY OF THE EXAMINATION.
