NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -

There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed ordinance of
Member Mikel F. Rama, entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STRUCTURAL AND OPERATIONAL PUBLIC SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF CEBU, PROVIDING A JOINT MECHANISM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PREVENTIVE CEASE AND DESIST ORDER IN CASE OF IMMINENT DANGER, AND REQUIRING THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE AS A CONDITION FOR THE ISSUANCE AND CONTINUED VALIDITY OF A MAYOR'S PERMIT."

The public hearing will be on May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) at 1:00pm at the Doña Eva Macaraeg Macapagal Hall, 4th Floor Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall

"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE 'CEBU CITY INCLUSIVE WATER ACCESS PROGRAM' (TUBIG SA TANAN), ESTABLISHING A CITY-FUNDED FACILITATION AND GUARANTEE MECHANISM FOR UTILITY CONNECTIONS IN INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS, CREATING A SPECIAL REVOLVING ACCOUNTING FOR CONNECTION FINANCING, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR."

The public hearing will be on May 5, 2026 (Tuesday) at 1:00pm at the Doña Eva Macaraeg Macapagal Hall, 4th Floor Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall
