Dora the Explorer, a Nickelodeon animated show with the main character embarks on a trip in every episode to find something or help somebody. Some places impress you with attractions. Boac impressed me with its pace.

I spent most of my time walking between the plaza, cathedral, and ancestral streets. Nothing felt rushed. Everything felt connected.

If you’re visiting Marinduque soon, add Boac to your itinerary.

Which spot would you visit first? Want to know more? Full article on the blog.

Not just a viewpoint.

Luzon Datum is one of the most historically significant landmarks in the Philippines, serving as the country's primary geodetic reference point for decades.

Add in the cool breeze and sweeping views of Marinduque, and it's easily one of the province's most rewarding side trips.

16 days. My longest trip so far in the Philippines. I traveled for 100 days around Southeast Asia in 2017, but this is the longest trip I’ve ever done within the Philippines: Leyte > Samar > Eastern Samar > Southern Leyte > Surigao del Norte > Agusan del Sur > Agusan del Norte > Dinagat Islands.

Ang ganda mo, Pilipinas. Ipaglalaban ka pa rin kahit mahirap.
