Scapular pull ups: 2 x 5
Australian pull-ups + push-ups: 3 x (8 + 5)
Negative pull-ups + incline push-ups: 3 x (2 + 5)
Lying knee raises: 3 x 10
Cooldown (anything you want to do) to wrap up the session.
