With the continued increase of COVID-19 cases, your health is our primarily concern.
Admin decided to have our academic health break due to some of our students and teachers have been unwell during the past days.
Academic health break will be on January 10 - 14, 2022
During this period, everyone is asked to do the following to ensure overall wellbeing:
Stay at home at all times.
• Get enough rest so that your body will be able to heal.
• Stay hydrated always.
• Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.
• Take your daily of vitamins.
• If you feel sick, seek medical consultation.
Nothing beats having a healthy mind and body. So please stay safe everyone
