Cheesy Baked Boneless Bangus🐟

Ingredients:
1 kg. bangus, cleaned, butterflied and deboned
1/4 teaspoons Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons 130ml MAGGI® Savor Classic
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. Red onion, chopped
2 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
1 piece scallion, sliced
1/2 bars melting cheese

Instructions:
Step 1:
Season bangus with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and MAGGI® Savor Classic. Place on a baking tray.

Step 2:
Mix garlic, onion, tomato and scallion. Season with the remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Spread on top of the bangus. Grate melting cheese on top.

Step 3:
Bake in a preheated oven for 15mins or until bangus is cooked and cheese is golden brown.

Bangus may be fried if oven is not available. Add tomato mixture and cheese on top before serving.

Step 4:
Set aside to rest for 10mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve warm.

SIMPLY GOOD TIP
Serve Baked Cheesy Bangus with Sinabawang Gulay and rice for a complete meal.

Hello mga Ka-Ulam pork Recipe naman tayo

*Braised Pork Ribs and Pineapple*

🍽️Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 large potato, peeled and cut into chunks
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 thumb-size ginger, peeled and chopped
2 pounds baby back ribs, cut into serving portions
1 cup pineapple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple tidbits
2 cups water
2 tablespoons raisins
salt and pepper to taste

📝Instructions
In a pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove from the pot and drain on paper towels.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened.
Add baby back ribs and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add pineapple juice, soy sauce, pineapple tidbits, and water. Bring to a boil, skimming scum that floats on top.
Lower heat, cover, and cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is fork-tender, adding more water in ½ cup increments as needed.
When the meat is tender, add potatoes and raisins. continue to cook until potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

🖇️Notes
As the packing liquid will be added to the marinade, use pineapple chunks canned in juice and not heavy syrup lest the dish turns overly sweet.

Hi mga Ka-ulam Pork Recipe naman tayo.

*SINANTOMAS*;

🍽️Ingredients:

2 pounds pork spare ribs, cut into 1 ½ inch size
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup banana ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup canola oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 onion, peeled and sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup water
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
½ cup of shredded American processed cheese (I like the Eden brand)

📝Instructions:

In a bowl, combine spare ribs, pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain meat well and reserve liquid.
In a wide pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add potatoes and cook until lightly browned. With a slotted spoon, remove from the pan and set aside.
Remove oil except for about 1 tablespoon. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add reserved marinade and water. Bring to a boil, skimming scum that floats on top.
Lower heat, cover, and simmer until meat is tender.
Add potatoes and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Add green peas and cheese. Continue to cook until green peas are heated, cheese is melted and sauce is reduced.
Season with additional salt, if needed. Serve hot.

🖇️Notes:
You can use fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce in place of ketchup.
You can substitute Japanese yam (camote) for the potatoes for an extra touch of sweetness.

Here's a quick Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe:

Ingredients:

- 200g beef (sirloin or tenderloin), sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 clops garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
2. Stir-fry garlic, add beef, and cook until browned.
3. Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately! 🍴🍽️
