Entertainment reading is fine.
But growth reading is different.
One asks “was it fun?”
The other asks “what will I do now?”

One sentence on spending.
One paragraph on negotiation.
One chapter on mindset.
That’s all it takes to pivot your whole trajectory.
Books are cheap leverage.

Reading compounds.
Day one you understand a little.
Day thirty you see patterns.
Day one hundred
you make better decisions without thinking.
That’s the real ROI.
What’s one habit that changed your work life? I’ll go first in comments.

A book won’t help you if you don’t help yourself first.
Open it with a question.
Close it with an action.
That’s it.

“𝐓𝐡𝐞 $𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩” by Chris Guillebeau.
Pinag-aralan niya yung 1,500 katao na ginawang full-time yung side projects nila.
Tawag ni Guillebeau dito: “The only validation that matters.”
𝟐. 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐢-𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐰𝐚 𝐦𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚
Hindi: “I’m a holistic conversion strategist for B2B micro-influencers.”
𝐉𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡.”
📖 Meron pa akong isang kopya nito. DM me for the price.
1, 2, or 3?
22/05/2026
Ano ang problema mo ngayon?
Pera? Discipline? Leadership?
Hanapin mo sa libro ang sagot.
Kung wala kang tanong,
kahit anong basa ay walang patutunguhan.
No question = no growth.
Read with a problem.
One applied idea > 50 finished books.
21/05/2026
You don’t need 50 books a year.
You need one idea you actually use.
Most people chase volume.
The few chase applications.
Stop counting pages.
Start counting changes.
Hobby readers collect books.
Hustlers collect solutions.
Read with intent.
