A bunny that keeps licking itself is usually engaging in normal, healthy self-grooming behavior to keep its coat clean. Rabbits are naturally very clean animals and spend a significant portion of their day on this activity.
However, if the licking becomes excessive, to the point of causing bald spots, skin irritation, or sores (known as overgrooming or barbering), it can indicate an underlying issue.
