"The College of Teacher Education Botolan Campus celebrated its Annual Extension of God’s Blessing to the San Juan Elementary School Annex student beneficiaries, alongside a seminar on teenage pregnancy, as part of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC)."

The College of Teacher Education remains steadfast in its mission to share holistically for the benefit of its community extension beneficiaries. This year’s celebration was held simultaneously with the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC). The event was attended by students, parents of the student beneficiaries, farmers, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) under the leadership of the Committee on Women and Children of the New San Juan Council, led by Hon. Carmen Tuazon Dajano; teachers, headed by Teacher-in-Charge Mr. Mark Louie Palinlin; Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) led by Hon. Jr Noel Dalit; and the Tribal Council, represented by Hon. Fernando Dela Cruz Sr.

Mr. JC Abaniel served as the resource speaker on the topic 'How to Prevent Teenage Pregnancy' in alignment with the Anti-Child Marriage Law. Also in attendance were the PRMSU Gender and Development (GAD) Director, Dr. Arra Abaniel, and the RGADC GAD Focal Person of Botolan Campus, Prof. Lyn Luzano. This year’s theme was: 'United for a VAW-Free Philippines: VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon na ang Oras!'”

The Extension of God’s Blessing is an annual activity of the College of Teacher Education, designed to engage donors from within and beyond PRMSU (President Ramon Magsaysay State University) in granting the wishes of student beneficiaries through the initiative we call “Adopt a Wishlist.”

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the following individuals and groups for extending their love and generosity to our beneficiaries. The joy, tears, smiles, and laughter from the recipients were truly heartwarming:

Mr. Rigor Tombale and Family
