My obsession with started when I'm doing an engagement for a rug company whose target markets are and .

I got to see epic interiors everyday and most of them are muted or neutral palettes and I fell in love with them. I even did some screenshots of them for my own dream interiors 🙈🙏🏻

It's been 2 weeks since I had my much needed break from my own feed. lol. How time flies!😰

I have to do it sometimes to recharge after juggling with my 8-5 job as a teacher, being a mom 24/7 and as a freelancer as well.💪🙏🏻

My clients are my TOP PRIORITY (aside from my family of course😊). I don't mind at all when my IG and other socmed accounts get stucked as long as I provide excellent service to my clients.

Living nonstop is impossible! Even a perfectly adjusted robot cannot function endlessly!

Just like machines,our body needs refueling in order to optimize performance and can stand still.

As a newbie social media manager, I was guilty of working and learning nonstop. Until lately I felt that I'm no longer productive, my head and back was always aching, appetite was lost and could no longer sleep well at night.

That's when I decided to take a break for a couple of days, to slow down from things that hinders me to take good care of myself.

By pausing and giving ourselves some rest, we give our mind and body a chance to recharge, to replenish and restore strength to move forward.

When you pause today, you will SHINE brighter tomorrow!

Self-care for me also means taking risks to achieve the things we want to do that makes us happy and content. Whether it is to start a new business venture, enter a new relationship or build a family of your own.

I took the risk when I joined the
world. I knew it won't be easy as I am going to manage my time efficiently being a full-time teacher, a mom and a wife and now as an . But I took it as a challenge because I know this what makes me happier.

And yesterday, I took another risk! I had my hair cut short!💇🏼

It's my first time to have this kind of hairstyle. It's one of the things I was so scared to do. I was very afraid that short hair wouldn't look good on me😁. But then I told myself how would I know if I won't try!

And so I did! I FINALLY did! Yay!🎉
