FIBER BREAK INCIDENT

cause: caused by a truck carrying *palcata* trees that accidentally hit and cut the fiber line.
Our linemen are already on-site and are working to lay and restore the fiber connection as quickly as possible. Internet service in affected areas may be intermittent or temporarily unavailable during the repair process.

Fiber Break Incident
Location: unahan sa galingan sa Patin-ay ug didto sa sa Rizal
Date: May 9, 2028
Time : 6::21 pm
Cause : Fiber was intentionally cut. Initial findings suggest possible involvement of an unknown personnel , reportedly from another internet service provider (unconfirmed).
Impact : Internet service interruption affectusers in Talacogon and La Paz area.
Repair update: Restoration took longer than expected due to multiple fiber cuts found a long the affected line required extensive repair and fiber splicing work to fully restore the connection
