Maligno Association – Bato Chapter

We are the Maligno Association, Bato Chapter — a united front representing the rights and dignity of all mystical beings, including aswang, tikbalang, kapre, and other known entities rooted in our cultural heritage.

Our advocacy is grounded in the following principles:

Equal Rights and Recognition: Mystical beings deserve equal rights, including the right to inherit property and participate in community affairs without discrimination.
Respect in Public Spaces: We strongly oppose public name-calling and derogatory labeling such as "aswang" or other slurs. Bawal kaming bastusin — we demand respect.
Zoning and Territorial Boundaries: We advocate for clear zoning regulations to establish peaceful territorial boundaries among different mystical communities.
Due Process and Fair Treatment: We call for the end of baseless accusations. No being — human or otherwise — should be blamed for harm without clear and proven evidence.
