Last night, April 11, 2026, the Pure Heart Generation Youth Night at JCIL Pondol Church became a meaningful gathering of reflection, sharing, and renewed faith.

As the youth came together, hearts were opened in sharing the lessons and experiences from the recently concluded Family Camp 2026 held at JCIL Cabagdalan Church, centered on the theme, “Unchanging God in a Changing World.” Each testimony echoed one truth, that in a world constantly shifting, God remains the same.

The night reminded us that this unchanging truth never grows old and never loses its wonder. In every season, in every circumstance, and in every challenge we face, God’s faithfulness stands firm and sure.

Indeed, it was not just a night of remembrance, but a moment of renewal, strengthening our faith and encouraging one another to hold on to the One who never changes.

𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗺. 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗶𝗺. 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗛𝗶𝗺.

Last Friday night, March 20, 2026, during the Pure Heart Generation Youth Night at JCIL Pondol Church, Bro. Ralph shared a Christ-centered message from Matthew 17:1–13 entitled, “See Him. Listen to Him. Follow Him.”

The message reminded us that Jesus is not merely someone we know about, but the glorious Son of God revealed to us. On the mountain, the disciples witnessed His divine glory—a clear picture that Jesus is not just a teacher or prophet, but God Himself, the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

We were also reminded that Jesus is not one of many—He is the only Savior. God the Father’s command, “Listen to Him,” calls us to place Jesus above all else and trust in Him alone.

In the light of His glory, we see our own sinfulness. Like the disciples, we are humbled, realizing that we do not just need inspiration, but true salvation. Yet the beauty of the Gospel is this: Jesus comes near, not to condemn, but to save. Through His grace and through the cross, He makes a way for us to draw near to God.

The glory revealed on the mountain finds its full meaning in the sacrifice of Christ. The glorious Son became our suffering Savior so that we might be redeemed.

May we not only admire Jesus, but truly see Him, listen to His voice, and faithfully follow Him every day.

“Who do you say Christ is?” (Matthew 16:13–20)

Last Friday night, we were reminded that knowing Jesus is not just head knowledge or religion, it is a revelation from God. He is not only our Savior, but our Lord and God. And the Church is not built on people, but on the unshakable truth of who Christ is.

As we continued in Matthew 16:21–28, we saw the heart of the Gospel, Jesus must go to Jerusalem, suffer, die, and rise again. The cross was not an accident, but God’s perfect plan for our salvation.

The call to discipleship is clear and costly:
• Deny yourself
• Take up your cross
• Follow Christ

This means no longer living for ourselves, but surrendering fully, dying to sin and living for Him.

Like Peter, we often want glory without sacrifice… but Jesus calls us to something deeper: radical surrender.

What is the value of your soul?
Nothing in this world compares to eternal life in Christ.

And one day, we will all stand before Him,not just as Savior, but as Judge.

May we not just confess Christ with our lips, but truly believe and follow Him with our lives.

Last night was a beautiful gathering of young hearts seeking God together during our Pure Heart Generation Youth Night. We were blessed to listen to the Word shared by Bro. Ralph, reminding us of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 through the passage in Matthew 16:1–12.

In this message, we were challenged not to be like the Pharisees and Sadducees who kept asking for signs, yet failed to recognize that the greatest sign was already before them. Instead, we were reminded to open our hearts to the truth revealed through 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁, and to guard ourselves from influences that may slowly lead us away from His Word.

Just as Jesus warned His disciples to beware of the leaven, we too are called to be mindful of what shapes our faith, our thoughts, and our lives. May we continue to seek God with sincere hearts, growing in wisdom, faith, and discernment in a world full of different voices.

Thank you, Lord, for a night filled with worship, learning, and fellowship. May the seeds of Your Word planted in our hearts continue to grow and bear fruit in our lives. 🌱✨

Jesus showed His deep compassion even to those considered outsiders. Before, we Gentiles were far from God and not part of His chosen people. But through Christ, the barrier between Jews and Gentiles was broken. Because of what Jesus has done, we are no longer strangers, we are now welcomed as citizens of God’s kingdom and members of His family.

A powerful reminder from Epistle to the Ephesians 2:12–19: once we were far away, but through Christ, we have been brought near and given peace. Now, through the same Holy Spirit, we can all come to the Father.

From outsiders to family, this is the grace and compassion of Jesus.

Last 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | Pure Heart Generation Youth Night at JCIL Pondol Church ✨

“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵” (Matthew 15:21–28). Sermon by Bro. Kent Paul.

A powerful reminder that religious proximity does not equal spiritual intimacy. The Pharisees had Scripture but lacked surrender, while a Canaanite woman, an outsider, considered unclean and unworthy, demonstrated 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛 through humility, persistence, repentance, and reverence.

Tested by silence, separation, and a humbling statement, she did not quit. She did not get offended. She clung to mercy. And Jesus commended her faith.

True defilement comes from the heart, but so does true faith. Not based on privilege, not on tradition, but on a humble confidence in the mercy of Christ.

Tradition without trust is lifeless, but humble faith, wherever it is found, is powerful. 🤍
