A New York-based gymnastics school is in need of a Sales and Customer Service Virtual Assistant.
This role is a combination of 70% customer service and 30% sales tasks. This job is fulltime, Monday to Friday-US EST (40 hrs), but may occasionally extend to Saturdays*, depending on demand.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily assist customers in the enrolment of their child/children in any appropriate gymnastic program.
Generate quality new leads and assist them in booking their appointments.
Revive old leads and previous clients to explore enrolment opportunities.
Create reports relevant to the business.
Manage data in the CRM and perform administrative tasks such as forms management and simple auditing via Excel/Sheets.
Deliver excellent customer service.
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Experience in a customer service and sales capacity for at least 1 year, whether virtual or in person, is required.
Must have excellent communication and active listening skills.
Must have experience in any CRM.
Must know basic MS-Office applications (Excel/Sheets).
Prefer female applicants
MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have own laptop/pc.
Must have a noise-cancellation headset.
