Let me break it down for you.

⸻

Number one: Dopamine Overload.

Every time na may nag-notify, may like, or may bagong TikTok —
nag-aactivate ang reward center ng utak mo.

Na-train na tayo to seek instant stimulation.
Kaya pag real life na — tahimik, walang thrill — ang bilis nating ma-bore.

⸻

Number two: Mental Multitasking.

Kung sabay kang nag-aaral, nagmu-music, at may 10 tabs na naka-open…
Hindi ka nagmu-multitask.
Ang ginagawa mo ay task-switching — and it’s exhausting your brain.

Hindi ka talaga nakakatapos.
Napapagod ka lang nang hindi mo alam.

⸻

Number three: Information Overload.

⸻

Number four: Burnout.

Kapag emotionally drained ka — dahil sa school, family, o life in general —
automatic ‘yan: bumababa rin ang focus mo.

It’s not about being tamad.
Sometimes, your brain is just tired.

⸻

Number five: Walang Boundaries.

Nasa k**a ka na pero nagre-reply ka pa.
Nasa rest day ka pero may work call.
Kaya yung utak mo — laging “on”.

Walang pahinga, walang focus.

⸻

So, anong pwede nating gawin?

✅ Try deep work — 25 minutes focus, 5 minutes break.
✅ Put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
✅ Take screen-free walks or journaling.
✅ Matulog nang maaga.
✅ And most of all, be kind to your brain.

⸻

It’s not just your phone.
Minsan, it’s the world overloading your mind.

So if hirap ka mag-focus lately —
You’re not broken. You’re just overwhelmed.

Child Psychology Series: Teach your kids how to always be gentle to themselves .

Maraming magulang…
tahimik, palihim, at mag-isa.

🤐 “Ang tanga ko talaga.”
😔 “Wala akong kwenta.”
💔 “Hindi ako sapat.”

Mga salitang hindi nila sinasabi nang malakas…
Pero paulit-ulit nilang inuulit sa isip nila.

Nagsisimula nq yan kahit mga 3-5 years old pa sila.

Here’s why:

🔹 Una, natututo silang magpatawad sa sarili.
Hindi sila harsh kapag nagk**ali.
They’ll learn to say, “Okay lang. Next time, I’ll do better.”

The way we talk to them… becomes how they talk to themselves.

🌱 Be kind to your child… and teach them to be kind to themselves.
