Ang kompetisyon na ito ay nasa sakop ng DMW's Kabuhayan Program na pinangungunahan ng National Reintegration Center for OFWs (NRCO). Ang naturang kaganapan ay nais magbigay plataporma upang makalikha at makapresenta ng mga naisipan nilang negosyo ang ating mga OFW seafarers, para makatulong sa kanilang pangangailangang pinansyal. Mabibigyan rin ng oportunidad ang ating mga kalahok na ma-expose sa mentorship opportunities, business development guidance, and potential networking with industry stakeholders.

Welder
- National Certificate (NC II/III) in Welding or equivalent trade qualification is required;
- 3+ years of experience in heavy industrial welding, ideally within a mining or processing plant environment;
- Proficiency in various welding positions and the use of plasma cutters, grinders, and bending machines.

🔧Roving Mechanic
- Technical or Vocational Certification in Mechanical Maintenance; Heavy Equipment (HEM) or Millwright background preferred;
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial maintenance, specifically with crushing and screening circuits;
- Deep understanding of mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, and power transmission components.
