I want to cry, but nothing comes. just this numb, heavy silence sitting in my chest like stone.
It's not sadness, not exactly, it's the absence of everything. I laugh, I post, I talk, but inside, I feel nothing. not sadness, not peace, just empty...

and no one sees it. they think I'm quiet, maybe tired. but really, I want to break down, to let it out, but there's nothing left to spill... Just me. surviving, pretending, wishing I could feel something again.
