The journey begins as the selected PYAP delegates of Ibajay gear up for the much-awaited PYAP Encampment 2026 at Rosepoint Beach Resort, Mag-aba Pandan, Antique this May 21–22! 🌊🏕️

PYAP Aklan Secures Top 3 Spot in PITCH Competition, Wins ₱100,000 Grant

In a remarkable display of vision and leadership, PYAP Aklan proudly secured a Top 3 spot at the prestigious PITCH competition on October 16, 2025, at the Aklan Training Center, Old Buswang, Kalibo, earning a ₱100,000 project grant to bring their innovative idea to life.

Their winning project, “Pamatian: Voices of Children in Conflict with the Law Raising Awareness on Drugs and Substance Abuse,” aims to amplify the voices of vulnerable youth through storytelling and film, raising community awareness and inspiring collective action to support out-of-school and disadvantaged children.

This triumph is not just a win, it’s a powerful reminder of what young leaders can achieve when passion meets purpose.

for winning the special award, Best Impact Project Proposal Award during the PITCH Competition held at La Casa Española on October 4, 2025.

With the full support of their coach Mr. Abmel Indanan Immid (SSEAYP Batch Hiraya, from Zamboanga City) and PYAP Provincial President Ma’am Mary Mershe Dela Cruz, the team proudly showcased their project and advocacy.

The awarding ceremony is set on October 10, 2025. If declared winners, their project will receive funding support from Governor Jose Enrique M. Miraflores through the Provincial Youth Development Office, enabling implementation for the benefit of Akeanon youth.

Their project, “Pamatian: Voices of Children in Conflict with the Law Raising Awareness on Drugs and Substance Abuse,” seeks to raise community awareness through storytelling and filma encourage collective action to uplift out-of-school and disadvantaged youth.
