It was quite about 10-12 years passed since Yagaum Rural Hospital was donated Two 4wd Land Cruiser ambulances from the government when Buka Malai was Madang MP and Sir Arnold Ameth Was the governor still . Yagaum Rural Hospital made a long run with these two ambulances saving lives from its catchment areas and also all throughout madang. Due to the alttitude and road conditions, the vehicles sometimes dash into troubles of parts getting damaged and so are Replaced and still running until yesterday; Yagaum Rural Hospital received her new fully equipped ambulance Land Cruiser 3 doors 4WD co-funded by DigicelPNG foundation and Madang DDA(District Development Authority). The ambulance was handed over to the hospital and Senior Driver Mr PHILIP AMET (Philap) drove it over to the hospital's Ambulance yard.
