Using the method originated by Susan Scott in her book Fierce Conversations, a person's swirling thoughts can be put into an outline form and presented in 60 seconds. A safe place to process is the key to preparing a succinct sharing plan.

Transitions can be chosen, or they can come as a surprise. Quality coaching helps people respond well!

Stuff happens. We can work with God blame Him, or disengage. Each of us has choices in our faith journey. Sometimes we engage with God and choose forward movement, sometimes we have change imposed on us, but we still have choices. We can respond well and learn and grow, we can blame and question Him, or we can disengage. Choose well! Coaching can help!
