Hugs all around to all our awesome street art!

This mural was painted back in 2019 by Amok Island, an artist originally from the Netherlands but now living just across the ditch in Australia.

"The theme of natural exploration and conservation is a strong and constant undercurrent of Amok Islandโ€™s artistic practice. His lifelong fascination with nature and her relationships and history with mankind drived the artistโ€™s obvious appreciation and obsession with his subjects and his urge to direct the attention of his audience to them." - @whanganuiwalls

This piece of artwork depicts the native New Zealand Pokotiwha- Fiordland crested penguin.
