The best thing about sliding into winter are these glorious proteas, teaming up with the chrysanths which are also flowering their heads off! 😊

So excited to be in Melbourne and attend the Flower Show with other NZ and Aussie Flower Farmers, such a great experience - feeling inspired! 😁

Today is Autumn 🍂 Equinox, from now on darkness will be longer than daylight. Still plenty of late summer flowers blooming thanks to the last couple of weeks of sunshine 🌞 looking forward to an Indian summer 🤞🏻

It seems a bit early to be making these autumnal toned bunches but it definitely felt a bit dark and cool this morning so summer is sadly coming to an end!

Loving these wildflowers on Underhill Rd, they make me smile every time I drive by - the bees 🐝 and other beneficial insects 🐞 are loving them as well! 🌻

Another grey and wet day here but nothing compared to what other parts of the Motu are dealing with today so not complaining!
The sunflowers 🌻 and gypsophila continue to flower despite the weather! 🌧️ The asters are having a bit of a sulk wondering what happened to summer? Can’t say I blame them 😆
