We hope this message finds you all well.

Due to a planned power outage, we are forced to close the school on Tuesday 30th June 2026. Unfortunately, when the power goes down, our sewage pumps can't operate, which means our toilet facilities won't be available for the day. With the health and safety of our tamariki and kaiako at heart, we simply can't run the school safely without these essential services in place.

Please note that the D2, D4 and C1 trip to MOTAT will still go ahead.

We know these kind of news isn't easy to plan around, and we're truly sorry for the disruption to your whānau. Please make alternative arrangements for your tamariki as there will be no staff on site on the day.

Your purchase is helping us raise valuable funds for our school, and we really appreciate your support.

Your order will be ready for collection from school this Thursday 25 June between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

Collection location: Community Room (the building with the wooden deck to the left of the hall as you enter the school).

If you're unable to collect during this time, please get in touch and we'll do our best to arrange an alternative collection time.

We've also attached heating instructions so you can enjoy your delicious samosas at their best.

Reminder: The last water safety swim for the Pihinga and Tiwai syndicates is tomorrow, Tuesday 23 June. Please remember to pack swimmers and a towel.
